By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
3. User Accounts
To access our Service, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly update any changes.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in activities that:

5. Subscription and Payment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contexx AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
11. Use Case Promotion and Consent
With your consent, Contexx AI, Inc. may feature your use of our chatbot services as a case study or promotional material on our website, social media, or marketing campaigns. We will never use your business name, logo, or identifying content without your prior written approval. You may choose to opt in or out of this at any time by contacting us.

13. Contexx AI Partner & Developer Program
This section governs participation in the Contexx AI Partner Program. By enrolling as a Partner, you agree to the terms below in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
13.1 Eligibility & Approval
Participation in the Partner Program is subject to approval by Contexx AI. We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or revoke Partner access at our discretion.
13.2 Commission Eligibility
Partners earn commissions when they create or deploy a chatbot for a client and the client maintains an active paid subscription. Commissions stop if the subscription is canceled, refunded, or disputed.
13.3 Commission Payments
Commissions are calculated automatically and paid monthly via Stripe Connect. Payments apply only to successfully collected subscription fees.
13.4 Attribution Rules
Each chatbot may be linked to one Partner only. Attribution is locked at creation and cannot be transferred after activation.
13.5 Partner Responsibilities
- Represent Contexx AI accurately
- Avoid misleading or false claims
- Respect client data and privacy
- Do not resell or sublicense the platform
13.6 Prohibited Activities
Fraud, payment manipulation, fake accounts, or unauthorized resale will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
13.7 Program Changes
Contexx AI may update Partner Program terms with prior notice. Existing subscriptions retain their commission terms unless otherwise stated.
13.8 Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Commissions stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
